Vivo finally launch the Vivo NEX flagship line up 19th July, 2018. The smartphone has an elevated camera making it first of its kind to use such feature. Vivo NEX pop up camera makes it possible to omit notch technology in totality. With this, Vivo created a truly full view smartphone. Most tech companies have found a way to deal with the notch for a bezel-less smartphone. Many provide an option of blacking out the notch for fans who dislike it. But none of this is perfect compare to what Vivo has done on the Vivo NEX. Therefore, Vivo NEX elevated camera has set a model for the next flagship smartphone from 2018 onward.



The Elevated camera was made possible by several technology that drives up the camera before you can make a selfie shot with it. This pop up camera has a Len of 8MP and an aperture of f/2.0. Certainly, great for selfies. There are also dual AI rear cameras with slow motion features. The rear cameras has 12MP and 5MP lens made by Sony. The 12MP Len has an aperture of f/1.8. For the 5MP camera, its aperture is f/2.4. The dual camera has dual flashlight, optical image stability, 4k video ability, HDR, AI sticker, Portrait Bokeh effect and more.

As stated earlier, the Vivo NEX has an interesting new feature that other flagship smartphones makers need to learn from. The pop out of the box front camera is a model worthy of imitation. The screen size of 6.59 is also worth noticing, such big screen is one feature that classified Vivo NEX has a premium smartphone. The display include a multi-touch capacity and a super AMOLED display with quality resolution of 2316 by 1080 pixels. It also has an on-screen/display fingerprint scanner. So you don’t need to put your finger to the top rear view before you unlock your Vivo NEX.




Turning it over to the rear view is the dual AI cameras. 12MP primary camera and 5MP secondary. The Camera has slow Motion ability. You can also add Augmented Reality Sticker which is powered by the AI camera. Vivo Artificial Intelligence, Jovi, is also given a button. This AI support Google Assistant, which makes it more efficient. One aspect you will likely love on this AI stuff is the ability to use the Google Assistant to search for an image after taking the picture.

Everything you can think of. From Battery to processor. The battery size is 4000 mAh and incorporates fast charging. As a flagship smartphone, Vivo NEX use a flagship chipset and that’s no other than Qualcomm Snapdragon 845. The CPU is Octa core clocking at 2.8GHz. For the GPU, an Adreno 630 is available. What’s more! The RAM highest space is 8GB, it has no external storage but there is an internal storage space of 128GB ROM. This is a little smaller than what other flasghip smartphone have to offer.

Vivo NEX has no FM radio in it. But its HI-FI chipset provides quality sounds for music a and video playing. You should expect a WiFi connection aside, Bluetooth, USB and OTG. For the network, Vivo NEX has its highest network a 4GB with 3G and 2G options. Don’t forget that it has two nano sims.
