Infinix Zero 6 is coming with Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 and with Notch design

Latest leaks revealed a new smartphone from Infinix. The tech company is planning on a launch of the Infinix Zero 6. Last year, Infinix Mobility launches the Infinix Zero 5 and Zero 5 Pro. And this year, the tech giant has launched quite a zillion of phones with quality upgrade when compared to previous year models.

This year, Infinix is introducing a totally new features in the Zero 6 that you cannot find in any Infinix smartphones launched this year. Though, Infinix has introduced the non bezel-like phones this year, this time its coming plans on going further than that. The new upgrade to the Zero 6 is notch technology on the screen. This new feature is mostly found in flagship and very expensive smartphones. Only the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 as well as S9 and S9+ do not use notch tech of all the flagship expected this year.

Infinix Zero 6 and its sister, the Zero 6 Pro may be among the first popularly used smartphones in Nigeria to have a notch. Maybe, Tecno will be the next, on its Phantom's flagship expected later on this year. The flagship phone is not all about Notch, of course. Infinix will upgrade the Zero 6 with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 making it the second Infinix smartphone with Qualcomm chipset. The first of its kind is the Infinix S3 launched in the first half of 2018.

As a go to smartphone, a octa core processor clocking at 2.2 GHz speed is to be expected on the Zero 6 and the Zero 6 Pro. Further a GPU of Adreno 512 will power the graphics for the smartphone. To enhance performance, Infinix added 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. You can also insert an external memory of up to 256GB. The phone is powered by Infinix XOS 3.0 Hummingbird base on Android 8.1 Oreo. More so, you should expect a battery juice of 4500mAh and the battery is expected to be non-removable.

For the display, a FHD+ IPS LCD panel capacitive touchscreen with 16 million colors are expected with a screen size of 6.2 inches. As a result of a Snapdragon 660, a resolution of 2560 by 1440 pixels with 535 PPI is also expected as part of the Infinix Zero 6 display. Approximately, 87 percent screen to body ratio is expected while the aspect ratio is measure as 19:9 making the Zero 6 is truly tiny bezel smartphone.

Finally, the selfie camera is 16MP while the rear cameras are dual 12MP and 13MP sensors. The price for the Infinix Zero 6 is expected to be around 140,000 Naira. What do you, is Infinix complying to latest trend worth the hype?
