A report from Geekbench has unveiled certain core specifications for the Huawei Mate 20 Lite. The smartphone photos revealing the various colors variants was earlier provided by Evan Blass. Previous leaks by FCC confirmed that the Mate 20 Lite will be packed with Kirin 710, however, a recent press statement, states that the Kirin 980 will be the chipset for the premium smartphone.
Geekbench report supports the press statement and further adds a Octa core processor and a 4GB RAM. The single core score was 1598 while the multi core score is 4622. It will be launched with an Android 8.1 Oreo with two rear cameras of 20MP and 2MP and single selfie camera of 24MP. The rumored battery capacity is 3650 mAh.
However, the expected screen size is 6.3" with an IPS touchscreen and a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. It is also known that the phone will feature tiny bezels and notch technology similar to iPhone X. The phone is expected to be launch this October.
